(All ages) Bring your family to the Red, White & Blue Parade featuring your decorated bicycles & wheeled items. (See decorating workshop under classes) Parade begins in the Pool parking lot and ends by the pavilion behind the Arts Center.  Prizes will be awarded and free snow cones handed out at the end. Families can then picnic on the back lawn of Franklin Park Arts Center and finish the evening with a family-friendly (PG) movie under the stars. Parade entries are FREE; nominal fee for the movie (see separate event)
