Why am I asked to call another number or go to another website to purchase tickets for an event at the Arts Center?
The Arts Center is committed to providing opportunities for our local artists and arts organizations. Many of our events are available through the Arts Center’s ticketing system; however, in some instances artists prefer to sell their own tickets either by phone or online. Please check each event for exact ticketing procedures, or contact us and we will answer any questions you have.

County of Loudoun policy does not allow us to take a credit card by phone. (for security purposes)  We will process your order and e-mail you a link to complete your purchase online–you can print your tickets at that time.  Or you can come into our box office and we can process your order completely in person.

Our rental arts groups allow us only a fixed number of tickets to sell online.  After that number of tickets are sold, the rental group must sell the remaining tickets themselves either by using will-call or their own ticketing system.  We are working on a possible solution to this issue, but not in time for this season.

Are all the events at the Arts Center produced by the Arts Center?
No, and we are proud of that! Our mission is to provide Loudoun artists and arts organizations the opportunity to showcase their work at the Arts Center. The Arts Center does produce events, some feature local artists, while others will feature regional national or international acts. We believe this combination provides a diverse mix of talent, opportunity and quality.
